These terms apply when you use www.railroadfurniture.com or buy from Railroad Industrial Furniture ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our products

Every piece is handmade in our workshop in Bali, Indonesia, from salvaged and reclaimed parts. Finish, patina, colour and small details vary from piece to piece and from the photos. These variations are part of the product and are not faults. Measurements are approximate, within a few centimetres.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless you choose another currency. Any automatic discount is applied at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout and added to the price. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

3. Orders and production

Most pieces are made to order. We confirm your order by email and aim to deliver within 4 to 6 weeks. If we cannot make or ship your piece, we will tell you and refund you in full. We may decline an order, for example if a price was listed in error, and will refund any payment.

4. Shipping, duties and taxes

Delivery methods, times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are paid on delivery.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our returns and refund policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights or the consumer rights you have in your own country.

6. Using our website

The photos, text and designs on this website belong to Railroad Industrial Furniture. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Electrical pieces must be installed and used as described, and hard-wired lights must be connected by a licensed electrician.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
