WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
Every piece is handmade in our workshop in Bali, Indonesia, and shipped from there to your door.

LAMPS: DHL EXPRESS, WORLDWIDE
Table lamps, wall lamps and hanging lamps ship worldwide by DHL Express, door to door. The shipping cost is worked out at checkout from your address and the packed size and weight of your order, so you see the exact price before you pay.

LARGE ITEMS: RIM CARGO, AUSTRALIA
Tables, standing lamps, wall pieces and wall panels are too large for courier and ship by RIM Cargo sea and road freight, door to door, to addresses in Australia. The freight cost is calculated at checkout.

Outside Australia? We can still ship large items to most countries. Request a shipping quote (railroadfurniture.com/pages/contact-us) with the items you want and your delivery address, and we will reply with a delivered price.

Wall panels have a minimum order of 20 pieces.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Most pieces are made to order. Allow 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. DHL orders often arrive sooner once dispatched; freight to Australia can take a little longer depending on customs and your location. We email you tracking details when your order leaves Bali.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country are not included in the product or shipping price and are paid by the buyer on delivery. If you are unsure what applies to you, contact us before ordering and we will help.
